My wife and I had nothing but headaches dealing with the management and their contractors. They put on a nice front, take your deposit, and then you are literally at their mercy to get a quality job done.

They disregard the "contractural inspection" and basically forced us to hire another team to correct what they screwed up. The owner then told us to certify mail him our bill on another item they screwed up in our shower. We did as he said and the certified mail has continually been rejected by him and his office.

I could go on and on, but for my health and a determination to put this behind me, I want to fairly warn other expats out there that might not have known otherwise.
