If you have never been to Warsaw for New Years, you are in for a nice surprise. The city comes alive with fireworks and parties in the streets. There are many bars and clubs that will be hosting parties on Nowy Swiat and into the Old Town, but the real party is taken to the streets. The fireworks display here almost rivals Las Vegas on New Years. Not for the grandure display, but more for how long it lasts and how dangerous it can be. Civilians take to the streets and fire off all types of explosives and rockets. Watch for the big displays to be fired off around the Palace of Culture and the Old Town. I will personally be going to the USA to celebrate, but I hope you have a good time.
